Tech is here. New hdd installed. Something is still very wrong.

l. I just know many more things will go wrong before this is over. It will probably be weeks before I have a working laptop again.

Meanwhile, I waited all day until 4pm for hdd delivery yesterday. Now I've been waiting since 8am for a tech who has me waiting until noon for his arriva

#Fujitsu lies again! Fed Ex only says the order will be delivered sometime today, not in the morning, not by 3pm. I've been trapped here all day waiting.

I was told new hdd would be here 1st thing this morning. Now they say it'll be here by 3pm but not installed until tomorrow. #Fujitsu sucks!

Spare PC under repair may not survive. New PC hdd now dead. Glad 2 have best warranty. New hdd 2B installed tomorrow http://ow.ly/1Oujlb
